MUSIC POLICY


Three D has a strong policy of support for local producers, including strict quotas to ensure that content is made up of at least 40% Australian music (of which 20% comes from South Australia and 25% is local and unsigned) as well as 25% content quota for female artists. With a diverse and progressive approach to music and no playlisting, Three D covers everything from dance, pop and hip hop, to world, experimental, goth, folk, roots, rock, metal and hillbilly.

OTHER PROGRAMING

Apart from its wide-ranging specialist music programs, Three D airs a weekly arts roundup, environment show and guide guide, plus interviews and a prison request show.

REGULAR EVENTS

Producing a yearly compilation series called ‘Depthcharge’ featuring music from South Australia, the station also has a weekly live-to-air showcase of local bands called ‘The Sound Lounge’.
